I recently read and re-reread Growing into Soul, by Gwen Randall-Young. I ordered it through Trafford Publishing, www.trafford.com
Gwen's website is www.gwen.ca I loved the book, and her site offers many inspirational quotes. My other favorite book, A New Earth, by Eckhart Tolle, is out in paperback. The simple truths in his writings have relieved me of baggage from the past, and constant worry and fear about the future. The mind is no longer constantly coming up with negative thought patterns. Bad things still happen, of course, but I don't overreact, "catastrophise" the event. Since I began reading his writings about a year ago, I don't mind what happens. I stay for long periods with a quiet inner stillness and peace inside, that is in everyone, but eluded me most of my life.Neither of these books are tms books, but both affected me mentally, physically, and spiritually for the better.
