thank you so much for replying to my "What do you tell your brain?" post, it was very educating and entertaining to read your replies.
I have a problem today: the vertigoes won't leave me alone. I know that this happens because my brain knows that vertigoes scare me, as I associate them with loss of control. While I do talk to my brain when I have other pains, somehow I can't talk to it about vertigoes. I think fear paralizes that ability.
I haven't been through the program, because it is not available here; I just read the book 'Healing back pain'. What should I do? |
