Just keep looping the tapes and keep watching. I would defy anyone not to feel energized after 72 hours of constant watching.
This may work better for men than for women. I love her sexy-raspy voice and she has a private tennis court at her home. I have never gotten out of bed to do any of the exercise, of course, but her show is very invigorating and inspiring. |

Posted - 11/09/2006 : 10:09:04 I LOVE Denise Austin!! She has been an inspiration to me for over 20 years. I STILL do her abdominal exercises every morning!
You are right, she is energetic, loves life, and is positive about everything!! |

I've seen it about a half dozen times this week and my hip arthritis is much impoved.
