I'm new to TMS. What are the videos that Dr. Sarno puts out. I remember someone here saying that with one of the videos there is a workbook. Which one is that?

I checked the videos out from my library (you will probably have to get it through inter-library loan) and just photocopied the workbook. It isn't really a workbook, more of a handout, but I have found it to be one of the most valuable tools because it is so simple.
I also thought the videos were really worthwhile, if you want to buy them. Dr. Sarno seemed to make more sense after watching them. |
