I now know 2 people who are suffering from this very bizarre condition where the fascia in the hand grows and thickens eventually pulling the fingers in towards the palm of the hand. It's cause is unknown. Treatment is surgery when contracture is advanced.

I was wondering if there is any mindbody connection with this condition since TMS can cause fascia changes although I wouldn't think this severe.

If anyone has any input on this would greatly appreciate it.

Don't think so. Most of the time no cause is found though it's higher in alcoholics for some reason. I agree that I don't think TMS would be able to have such a dramatic permanent effect on the tendons...
