Posted - 10/06/2006 : 20:28:31 I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations? I have already ordered Facing the fire. Anything that helps deal with anger now and repressed I guess would be super helpful.
Thanks in advance! |

Posted - 10/08/2006 : 17:31:59 The books would probably gie you some insight then. I am reading Homecoming, and when I finished reading sections today, I felt a little depressed. I guess I'm seeing how dysfunctional my childhood really was. |

Posted - 10/07/2006 : 20:32:05 Well I've got some real issues with my mom in particular, as a matter of fact she brings on anxiety bad just when I see her. So it might be worth looking into. |

Posted - 10/07/2006 : 20:13:51 I got mine from e-bay real cheap. They deal more with the childhood and the shame that may have developed during that time. They gave me some insight into why I was a people pleaser, that tried to please everyone. The books might not be for eveyone though, I guess it depends on your TMS personality. |
