I called him and had to lie and say I was from NYC just to talk to him. Can you even attend his lecture if you are out of state? I think it stinks that you read his books and he keeps referring to the cure rate of his lectures and program. Well how can this work if you can't attend them? |

Dr. Sarno's program requires an initial visit, followup lecture, one or more group sessions, and possibly weekly psychotherapy for an indeterminate period of time. He will not accept any patients that do not commit to the full course of treatment, even if that full course is ultimately unnecessary. The full course is not practical for people who are outside of the New York area. |
