Hello all.

Well my book finally arrived from the States! Hard to get here!

I did have aching arms and shoulders from Sunday. Whilst walking my dog in a lonely area I kept talking to myself and telling me that my arms were OK - it was just my brain hurting them. My dog became very interested in all this and kept stopping and looking at me.

My arms do feel better today, despite feeling like toothache in upper arms on Monday.

My husband has always said my pains are tension. I suppose someone living with you can spot tension!

I had to clean a house I rent out yesterday and ignored pain in my back, despite HORRIBLE twinges.

It feels a bit twingy today!

Hilary from England has been very supportive. I am not abusing her kindness though, but may get in touch by 'phone over weekend. She even passed on her number which I found so kind. Sorry, will not pass it on! I also had a nice e mail from an English man - name slipped my mind now!

Will keep all informed!

P

Good luck to all.
