Pasting what I typed in email to friends at work. Getting shakey from typing. Went back to doctor on Wednesday with mom because I couldn't drive myself. He had told me that he didn't think I had arthritis but tms with mom there (and bloodwork results) he said he never told me to stop the arthritic drugs and that I definitely have psoriatic arthrits but TMS in addition...not what he said before. He said it was weird how when I stopped the arthritic drugs that the TMS flared that badly (it hurt to breathe just about) and that it was my body taking one last fight against the tms. Starting to lose train of though now too, could be the neurontin 9but only take it at night-another post for that one) and percocet 3 times a day at 5mg doses or that I haven't eaten much today but I have eaten just not hungry and haven't really been hungry in about as long asI have been down and out...been writing feverishkly in journal. Ok wrists are acting up and everything now...too shakey to continue typeing.....gonna paste and leave...hope everyone else is doing better and anyone that's been in the game longer and can be a sage for me please tell me....yes yell at me if you have too....k

Hey signing on for a minute or two.....today's the first day I have
felt human or at least more than just the sum of my pain in almost a
week I haven't been able to get out of the bed much at all this week.
Attempted to work half day on Monday. The medications had my
mood/emotions on roller coaster too, yesterday morning i couldn't stop
crying granted I still hurt but it was still abnormal. I felt worthless
and pathetic because I wasn't able to make it to work because I hurt so
bad. Ok still do partially but not as bad as yesterday morning. My mom
has brought me every meal I have eaten this week because I hurt to
badly to make it to the kitchen. I probably lost some weight, I have
not been all that hungry but have been eating at least some. I am on
nerontin, enbrel, and low dose percocet right now. Today is the first
day that I made it to the living room before 3pm. The first day time I
have checked email at all since Monday before I left work, actually the
first time I have felt up to be at the computer long enough to scan
email. Thanks for the concenrn, it means a lot. Sorry if I made you
guys worry.

Hugs,
Ali Cat

Hi Ali Cat,
My dogs know when I am in severe pain as well..The past couple of days, my basset hound especially has been glued to me...following me around the house...In bed, she lays closer to me then usual when I am really hurt or bed ridden...When I am crying in pain, which i was last night, she will sit up and just be there for me..It's amazing...That is one of the reasons I feel that animals are God's greatest creatures..THey love us unconditionally and are so sensitive, loving, forgiving and loyal...I don't know what I would do without my doggies..Especially during times like this...If you get a chance watch the show called "Miracle Pets" or "Amazing ANimal Miracles.." forgot the name..It will really help you see even more how incredible animals are..and not just cats and dogs either...lots of other species...
Hugs,
Karen

I agree Wolfe. I hope to get the Divided Mind in the mail tomorrow. I am so very frustrated with everything. Started my "anger" list yesterday, you know like Sarno suggested, everything in life that brings ya down sort of thing. It's not over but got to number 30 I believe. Thanks for the kinds words Singer. I got the book you suggested from the library, just having a hard time getting into. I will try and type/read more tomorrow. I should start signing my stuff the dazed and confused Cat. LOL Speaking of confused cats, one of my three cats is going blistic! They have been soo cuddly this week with me feeling so bad. Plus when I locked them out of the bedroom and my parents were over here helping clean things up, they howled and scratched and meowed they couldn't stand being apart from me and they usually aren't like that. They have been fighting to get their ideal place on my lap to cuddle or when I was in bed, Bo would cuddle with my feet or near my back but seemed to know not to get on my legs. Anyway time for neurontin, percocet and bed. fun fun.

Hugs,
Ali Cat

Sorry for how you're feeling but based on what you posted I'm surprised he would even prescribe drugs if he believes it TMS. I would think doing that would only sabotage your belief that it's TMS.

Sorry if I don't know all the details of your story but I found it odd that he thought you had only TMS then TMS with athritis. Can't he make up his mind?

Hope you feel better.
