Good for you for giving your doctor a copy of a Sarno book! I'm really glad to see that he liked it. Keep us posted about whether he says any more about it.

I hear you and I feel your pain...I really do think the chest pain is 100 percent stress related TMS pain...I get it there sometimes too..could probably muster it up right now if i think about it too much..You are about to make a very big move and I am sure that is what this epidode is all about...Change is stressful even for non TMSers...(if any exist..lol)..I know you will get thru it and you will happier for it as well...once you settle in...
I soooo wish i could make some changes too...But neck/finances won't allow it right now...Gotta tough it out here in the hot desert...Feeling pretty down today as well...Kind of hopeless...MY therapist said just let myself feel whatever it is..without trying to FIX anything or intellectualize...so i am... |
