I enjoyed seeing Dr. Sarno smile so genuinely too..I am told he is 83 yrs old...wow he looks good...Soooo wish I could be a patient of his..If I were back home in NJ I could be...Thanx Stryder for sharing the pic w/ all of us...

Hi Stryder,

Thanks for the great photo of the Good Doctor! On the jackets of his books and in his videos, he looks rather dour. It made me happy to see him smiling so nicely. I always visualize him as a martyr to the medical/industrial complex. He looks quite handsome and such a full head of hair.

The commentary by the photographer and his friends was also insightful. His comment about his TMS recovery being a "long road" but that it "conclusively works" was spot-on.

Glad he updated his glasses. Those old round frames made him look like he was from the '50s.

Superficial I know, but I used to work for an optician and I notice these things.

Nice friendly photo too.
