Greetings all, I began reading the Mindbody prescription:healing the mind healing the body book last night and it was weighing heavy on my mind when I went to sleep. I did not sleep well last night and woke up a few times realizing that I was still trying to make sense of everything and sort through what I had read (keep in mind only made it to around page 70 before I called it a night). Well this morning I woke up to my first ever nose bleed. I even ended up spitting up blood that had drained down my throat during the night. My mom thinks it's due to my allergies as we were cleaning last night (I live next to my parents) and stirred up a LOT of dust which I have tested postive to being allergic too. It seems a little coincedential too....has anyone ever experienced this phenomonon or have any suggestions? Thanks.
