Posted - 06/16/2006 : 12:55:44 I keep getting weird sensations of pressure that moves from the back of my cranium to the front of my head.
When the pain in my back / buttocks is relieved as I realize what is stressing me out it all rushed into my head and it feels like my mind is racing. Sometimes I feel dizzy and have panic attacks.
Does anyone else have similar symptoms... does this stuff go away. I've only been dealing with TMS for 3 months now.

Posted - 06/16/2006 : 14:56:51 Alot of the symptoms totally go away. Some try to return but thru tms therapy you can quickly dispell them. If they do return they are in a greatly reduced state and really are just a nusance. I know it's hard to believe now but sometimes they become laughable. |

Posted - 06/16/2006 : 13:45:06 I hear what your saying, but once your life gets ontrack to these symptoms go away? Are they there everytime you have a problem in life? |

Posted - 06/16/2006 : 13:42:35 It's not you it's tms. It seem that once it gets a foothold in our psyche it trys out different versions. Kinda like "if you won't fall for back pain, how about a little migrane or numb foot or dizziness". That's why Sarno calls it a syndrome. It's all the same and all completely harmless. The more you realize this ,the more you will weaken it's grasp on your life. |

Posted - 06/16/2006 : 13:27:00 I've been through so much in the last 3 months when all this TMS stuff started... Haven't slept normally. Weird sensations throughout my body. Panic attacks.
I cancelled my WEDDING with my fiancé whom I was dating for 7 years. Initially it was a release of the panic but now its coming back. I don't know if I just made the biggest mistake of my life or not! (READ YESTERDAY'S POST)
Its like every thought and fear I have triggers a different physiological symptom. Do you think its because of all the trauma I went and am still going through? Or its it me? Will it always be with me?

Posted - 06/16/2006 : 13:02:18 I used to have it all the time. When you touch the back of your head it makes you dizzy. Don't sweat it. It's just the little tms devil. |
