My back pain is back - really minimal and will go soon - I know, because it always does. The skin problems and fatigue have gone.
Will they come back when I have got rid of back flare up? They seem to.

Do we always have something? I do not like the fatigue at all or the acne. Would really like to get rid of them. Are we saying this is not possible. My long standing constipation has gone for good

Anne,
Thank you so much for your post - it is so helpful. It really is all about the fear. When I overcame the fear with the pain, it finally left me. I actually don't have any hip pain now - had it for one day and it is gone. I am left with extreme fatigue - just another equivalent. This time, I am going to ignore it. I have never done that with the skin problems and fatigue. I am going to take the same approach. After all - it is ridiculous that I am tired. I intend to do an aggressive work out. I really want to eat whatever I want and not attribute the fatigue to the food or the skin problems to the food. That is really ridiculous. After all - people everywhere eat whatever they want. This blood type diet has dominated my life

I think the answer has to be - there is no definitive answer. If there is such a thing as a TMS prone personality (and I'm sure I have one); then this is going to be a very hard nut to crack.

I am healed - in as much as I am no longer suffering the backache that was ruining my life; there is an optimism in my life that I have never felt before, but the old TMS gremlin still lurks - a pale shadow of what it used to be, but I still, after all this time experience odd symptoms from time to time, but, you know what? I no longer care. And that was the turning point for me: the fear has gone.

It sounds as though you are still a bit frightened, Suz - you are worrying in case your skin problems and fatigue return. Take the attitude - 'Let them come, I don't care'

Really hard to do, I know. Even if you still do care, keep telling yourself that you don't. I managed to re-programme my brain that way - took a while, but it worked.
