Hey, this is exactly what Sarno and others have been saying for years!
A few excerpts from the article: "Treatments are based largely on rules and traditions, not scientific evidence." "Can you trust your doctor's recommendations to have surgery for an aching back? Evidence says surgery does not fix the problem over the long term any better than time, physical therapy, and exercise. Indeed...pain clinics are full of people who have had back surgery and are now worse off." "Go to one doctor, and get one answer. Go to another one and get a different one."
It's good to see the mainstream press printing articles like this one. |
