Posted - 05/13/2006 : 13:37:45 I'm about 160 pages into Sarno's new book. Although he states things from his past books, there is very interesting new information in this one...primarily in my current chapter on "Treatment".
I look forward to reading the other doctors' chapter contributions, which collectively constitute 2/3rd of the book.
Prominently displayed in major bookstores and containing Sarno's unprecedentedly assertive prose (to the medical community as well as to patients), this is a bold book put out by this visionary physician. Be sure to visit Amazon.com's author evaluations and put in your two cents to help the book's sales.

Posted - 05/13/2006 : 06:08:58 Marc D. Sopher's book is good, but he has a chapter in Sarno's new book which basically re-states the main points he wrote in his own book. So to save money just back the Sarno book |

I'm also considering the following book: To Be or Not To Be... Pain-Free: The Mindbody Syndrome Marc D. Sopher, M.D.

It is an important book to read twice from cover to cover and then those chapters which resonate with you most a few more times. This is a multi-authored book and not just written by Dr. Sarno.
