Im writing as Im in pain again and having to lay down for a bit to relax.
Does anybody ever get stressed than start to lock-up? I hate this. I have been pushing threw the pain lately, Im having a pain on my left side that just feels like if I move ,it stabs. and I feel so tense with my muscles.
The feeling of not knowing what Im gonna do to get back to work to pay my mortgage is the worst. I feel as if Its only a matter of time That I'll have to sell my house and we just moved in last month.
I think my situation with my girlfriend is causing me a lot of stress. We have issues where she lies to me and I think I need to be alone. On the other hand I need her while in this condition.
Another issue is my sister is going in for neck surgery, and has been going to chiro for lower back and neck, and she is on comp. it doesnt help when trying to believe sarno.
My brother is also out on comp for his back and was labeled permenate partial disabled. Neither believe in Sarno or diagnosis.
They both get paid very well while there not working. I was self employed and have no insurance.
Personally I think my hole family is a bag of nerves. Im not happy in my situations. I just think I wont get better while being aggravated everyday.
Just some of my thoughts. anybody else having these feelings?
