HI!
I've been posting on here for awhile, though not much lately because I'd been doing good. Anyway, all of a sudden I have numbness in my right wrist and stiffness down the pinky finger. To give you some history, I had horrible generalized upper body pain in 1995-6 and then again in 2000-3 but I got over it pretty much, thankfully. I'm a guitarist by trade which of course makes this interesting. But all of a sudden after a couple years of little real problem I develop over a couple days this severe numbness and all, following alot of computer work and acoustic playing. Of course it's tempting to see it as TMS and it's tempting to see it as a legit injury or something. I waffle all day long between the two. I havent had anything this localized and dramatic since my very first issue in 1995. So its tempting to see it as an injury. But I know from experience TMS is able to create a hell of lot of symptoms. Any feedback anyone?

yes, a grand opening event

the regular MD said I might have a ganglion cyst developing, though that may or may not account for the symptoms...
