I spoke with Dr. Sopher today. I originally contacted him for some advise. Here's the thing. . . I have been concentrating on represed anger for the duration of this TMS and have had great results thus far, however I started concentrating on repressed anxiety and seem to making further progress. Dr. Sopher stated that repressed anxiety can cause the same amount of physical and emotional pain as repressed anger.

Any similar experiences would be encouraging or maybe someone else could do the same and see how it works?

Kevin
