Hi all,
I have been reading the forum for awhile now and have been "experimenting" with Sarno's techniques, Dr.Scott Brady techniques, just got Schetcher's workbook, and Eaton's book on reverse therapy. I have had "fibromyalgia" for 5 years now, symptoms started soon after the birth of my 3rd child. I am wondering how any of you have incorporated supplements or certain diets along with the TMS. THis was the route I had been taking for the first 4 years, now I am more focused on the TMS but am having a hard time getting the diet supplement stuff out of my head. I heard soooooo much about candida, dysfunctional immune system, food allergies,etc..... Being as I have not completely let these things go I feel I am having limited success with the Sarno approach. How do I convince myself that I don't need to be a specific diet or supplements to help my "compromised immune system?" I deal with a lot of fatigue as well as the pain. ANy experiences with this subject I would love to hear. I have already been encouraged by the posts I have read and plan on reading more and more to get to know everyone's story better.
