Guys Believe it or not. I had my first neck 'pain free' day this week end. What a wonderful experience ... and Guess what ?? the day after, starting with a slight sciatica ...
Today after running, i am back in neck spasms with no sciatica .... its almost ridiculous.
I think this is what I needed to finish my TMS acceptance and surrender stuff ...
You guys know how physical oriented I was for the last 2 months. I now realize it ... thanks a lot for your continuous suppport. You all are a big part of my recovery process.

Congratulations!
This site has also helped me tremendously. Stories that basics such as "acceptance and surrender", function as useful reminders as where to focus my attention.

Pat,
Congrats. Build on your success by taking note of it, which it seems you have. The question to ask yourself is- if there is a physical problem, where did it go? away for the weekend? No, your unconscious rage took a day off. Hopefully soon, it will take a permanent vacation.
