For the past 3 weeks have i started running and swimming again. I run 2-3 times a week for 2 miles and swim for 30 minutes twice a week, this is the most exercise i have done for two and a half years because of my pain.
I have had a bit of tightness in my left hamstring and some abdominal and groin pain, but nothing to stop me from exercising.

The thing is now i am scared to progress this to playing Soccer again, for which is the sport that a had played for twenty years up until two and a half years ago when my pain began.
i guess i am looking for any advice or reasurrences from people that have been in similar situations. any help would be great!
