Posted - 08/13/2004 : 16:46:56 I took a week off of running from my knee pain.It did not hurt all week and I am on my feet all day long.I also read sections of Sarno and Amirs book and really worked on what is bothering me.I also prepared for a nice run of 2 miles tonight .The first mile and a half were great then the knee pain came(like a knife)I yelled at it to make it go away.I tried to ignore the pain and think about the things that were bothering me I just kept on running even tho the pain got worse.My knee is still sore an hour later.I know this is TMS.I hate it for trying to stop me.Would everyone recommend that I just keep on running thru the pain maybe even going 3 or 4 miles?I know it is only oxygen deprivation and it wont hurt me.I want to beat this thing so bad and get back to running pain free.
