Hi everyone

I just wanted to know how many of you are experiencing regular neck or back cracking because of TMS induced muscle spasms .... My spine is constantly cracking and I am wondering if I am hurting myself even if TMS is supposed to be a benign condition.

Thank you in advance

Pat

Why do you say cracking is "because of TMS induced muscle spasms"?

You are still thinking in the physical realm.

Cracking is benign. It is a release of gas between the joints. If you obsess with it, or think that it indicates a physical problem, it is yet another opportunity for TMS to distract you.
