I just thought I would share what helped me with all my manifestations of TMS. The videotape of Sarno's lecture helped me more than anything. I would sit and knit, watch and listen, over and over again and somehow the information would seep into my unconscious in a way that the books couldn't. I would sometimes watch that tape several times in one sitting. And eventually, just putting the tape on would end the pain, at least for the time I watched the videotape. But that in itself gave me confidence that I could have some control. I have also used it recently to deal with restless legs even though Sarno doesn't talk about that particular syndrome. So I recommend the videotape for anyone who is struggling. It's worth the cost.
