i've written before about my friend that is a TMS sufferer. the end of oct. she came down with a sinus infection at the same time she couldn't speak to her parents in a nursing home in Florida due to Hurricane Wilma. a month ago her father had a stroke and she got another cold while in Florida. over the new year's holday she was back in Florida and caught the flu. she is under chronic stress from her sick parents. she has all the characterisitics of a Tms sufferer. would you say all these infections are due to her emotional instability which has weakened her immune system? |

We are not doctors here, but most certainly all this strain can potentially weaken one's immune system which can then have an impact on one's physical health. It can also generate a lot of internal rage that is buried in the unconscious mind. Of course, these infections must be treated with proper medication, but the source of the strain/ stress should also be recognized. |
