I think i can do the first part of identification and acceptance of emotional repression but not so sure about the bringing them to the surface and getting emotional about past events? Know what i mean? |

Posted - 12/21/2005 : 03:18:11 Goldie, it is me again. You know I am in recovery process but I feel easier from day to day. From my experience – think about obvious feelings and emotions, I guess it will start from kind of disappointment. And only think about it from time to time, then you will discover that the feelings have the second bottom, you will find the first line of reasons, then the second line and so on. It is really very easy – the emotions alone comes to the light. I was scared of the revealing but in my case there is nothing to scare. What you have to do is analyzing what you have just discovered.
