does anyone know how these feel? ( i know i do) just curious if the same pain...and what do you do to get rid of them? i cant break the cycle and lastnight i was working and the spasms was switching mostly my left buttock then to my right?!?! makes no sense i know... Someone told me that it can be from lactic acid and i need to take more vitamin B.. but i also know it has a lot to do with psychological but do you think this can help to...

i would like to know people who experience this what they do and how it feels. It is a scary experience and i want to make sure this is what i am getting.. which are spasms...
