Hi, Everyone:
I haven't visited the forum in a while, but I just wanted to report that I am pain free since Spring of 2005 and I am so happy!! I hope my post will inspire anyone who, like I was, is in utter agony and can't quite believe that this approach will work for him/her. It works!! Just like they say in the 12-steps "It works if you work it, so work it, you're worth it!" Read read read and go to a TMS doctor like Dr. Gwozdz in NJ (he rocks!) and work the daily reminders.
I wish you all a happy, healthy and pain free new year!!

Wow Thank you for writing that inspirational post! I am glad to hear you are PAINFREE!! i love those words.. anyway can you describe if you dont mind a little bit about what you were getting and feeling and how you got better... thank you!! take care

congratulation and I am very happy for you. I want to one day be in your role to write such a happy message to all who need hope more than everything.
In Poland we have no specialist of TMS, but Dr Gwozdz has got Polish surname, but probably doesn't speak Polish at all because was born in the USA. So please give me some hints heard from him, that we can not read them in the Sarno's books. |
