Is anyone out there with lower back problems the primary care giver to an aging parent ? I believe my relapse is definately linked to my being the only child of an elderly mother developing dimentia. Is there anyone that can give me some advice on how to deal with what I fear will be an enormous emotional/physical burden.

anka, i have only recently read the book the Mind/Body Prescription. It seemed to fit me to a tee. I am working on it. I've seen a bit of improvement in my physical symptoms, (pain in leg/butt that makes it almost impossible to sit, which is bad news for a secretary!) I re-read parts of the book frequently.

When you say there is a language barrier, what do you mean by that?

God bless!

Jill

Thanks for the advise Jill. Unfortunately there is a language barrier. How do you work through your TMS issues, and have you had any success ?
