I just finished reading book and liked it very much.
I find it that my accepting (loving what is) diminishes my pain greatly!!
I was just thinking if our unaccepting was the real cause of TMS. What do you think?

certainly our inner conflicts with reality (ie what is) creates a lot of inner tension which can lead to TMS
