Most of the time, when I am in pain I don't have an emotional eating, but feel awfull, tired, no energy.
If I feel great I have emotional eating, no pain.
So, there is alwats TMS!!!

How to get rid of all this?? I just want to feel emotions.

Unfortunatley, sometimes you cannot feel what you think you are looking for, at least that is my experience. That which is the source of the pain is buried in the unconscious and you may or may not ever no what it is. Most of the time the best you can do is guess what you think may be going on in the inside. This is called "thinking psychologically." Three broad areas which Dr. Sarno recommends concentrating on include past childhood traumas, personality characteristics, and current stressors in your life.

Sitting down in a quiet place and meditating on noticing any feeling, no matter how subtle, and then journaling what you find may be helpful for you. Notice how you may resort to distractions sometimes such as eating, TV etc. Anything to keep you dealing with your inner emotions.
