I just listened to his cd, it has his ideas on treating tms, and a
self hypnosis/meditation section. I have found that it has helped me with a new symptom - muscle weakness in my right arm. His book and cd suggest to stay in the present moment, not to repeat things over and over in your head, and worry. I paid about $20.00 for it, and I think it is well worth it. Has anyone else bought it? |

I guess my computer skills are pretty bad. I have that program Easy CD creator, but when I try to select it from my files it will not let me select it as it does not have the correct file extension. I cannot unzip it from within that program maybe. Maybe I can use Windows XP to burn it. I will figure out some way I guess. I have his book. I read it a few years back. It is very good if you are a runner as he cators to that group more but I did find it valuable along with all my other TMS books. Thanks,

I was able to burn it no problem. I also went ahead and purchased his online book entitled "Get Riad Of The Pain In Your Butt Now!!!! I will comment on it after I read it. The book costs 12.95 abd you need a paypal account to pay for it. |

thanks to both. I just downloaded the MP3 off his site using paypal to pay for it. I think I goofed because I thought that if I downloaded it, since it was mp3 I could then burn it to a CD. But it is in a weird form without the MP3 file extension in my downloads folder and now I can't figure out how to burn it to a CD. I have to listen to it on my computer instead of on my sony CD player with headphones.. Oh well.

I purchased it off of his website www.runningpain.com . I don't think it is available on amazon yet, as it is new. I found it well worth the $20.00 investment. It is the best self hypnosis cd I have listened to (out of 3 or 4). He has paypal on his site. |

Where did you get this CD? Does he have a web site? I used the link provided on this site and only see an advertisement for his book (which I have) on Amazon. I would be interested in buying this CD if you will provide a source. I like to keep a large libray of TMS tools to use.
