Do you think it would help if some of us kept an online journal. Maybe it would help give others ideas about what emotions are repressed. Especially some of those who have seen Sarno or a pyschotherapist. I know examples have always helped me to learn.

True, I know that I tell a lot of people to come here and visit this site, and the biggest issue for them, and for myself was uncovering the repressed emotions. I guess, I maybe I should have asked for examples, tips, on how to uncover things.

Journaling is a private activity. Nobody but you should have access to it. If you know that other people might read your journal then it defeats the purpose. Your journal should be a free expression of your feelings, with no censorship, and no fear that someone else might read it.
