Just thought I'd share that this has been a particulary anxious week for me, lots of aggravations going on personally. So what starts up again? The wrists. For those of you out there who often wonder if your sporadic, quirky aches and pains are TMS, they probably are. I haven't had wrist pain for like 8 weeks. Yesterday it came back and this time my whole hand was getting numb, similar to what Baseball described with his hand incident. It's amazing how it comes and goes. All I can say is at least I know what it is and it's not structural. I can see it for what it is - tension. And then try to work on it to go away. Does it ever end?
