Just sharing here...
My back, neck, and even my wrists are much better since learning about TMS in March and doing the work all along.
Now it's more like the TMS has taken on an anxiety type manifestation.
I have rapid pulse and heart, feel somewhat lightheaded, sometimes dizzy.
I also just had my blood pressure checked by my doctor and it's 120/90.
It's always been 120/80 right on the nose. I was told I need to monitor the BP because
that's entering the high zone. Great, no more pain, just anxiety now. I've done some
journaling, and will re-read the books again. It's so frustrating. I just want to feel normal.
My doc said the high BP is not the cause of my lightheadedness and headachy feel, but
the result of the psychosomatic state I'm in. I don't think I need a med just yet but may
consider it if I get worse. That's it, just writing as more of an update.
