Hi old friends,
It's been a while. Even when good things happen any big life change, I believe, can bring on TMS symptoms. I'm getting a home with my best friend who lives in Texas. I am singing in my own band here in South Carolina. I left NJ when the AQI was bad from the Canadian wildfire smoke. So much has transpired since I was here last. One thing I believe behind my TMS symptoms right now is I am estranged from my Irish sister I only found in 2018. I have tried to make amends but she is not interested. There are a lot of feelings of rejection, loneliness even shame about not have a family of my own. In addition I have had several deaths of loved ones since I was here. I never fully grieved. I believe the toothache I am having now is a combo of grinding at night and stress. And I spoke to my dentist today and he is said stress can make a toothache worse and cause tooth pain! He is a wise dentist.
