I wonder if anyone has has surgery for a hernitaded disc, with no success (as many of us have had). Why don't the Surgeons take another x-ray of the trouble spot and show the Patient the same disc after unsucessfull removal of the material in question and say why the pain is still there but the material is off the nerve? I think that is where the common excuse is : it must be scar tissue this time! Just a thought! Paul.
