Posted - 01/19/2020 : 13:50:23 The latest findings are that EXERCISE is one of the best things for sufferers from joint pain can do. I've posted several recent meta-studies from reputable medical journals below--the "USE IT OR LOSE IT" approach to getting the synovial joint juices flowing from the bursae encapsulated in joints. Dr. Sarno encouraged returning to normal physical activity--which is contrary to what most of the medical-industrial complex advises against--they usually pass out NOCEBOS like "bone on bone" and go get a hip replacement or the surgery-du-jour.
Dr. Sarno also had his "12 DAILY REMINDERS" for inspiration to divert the mind to the emotional, from the stuctural distraction when TMS pain strikes. One of my recent favorites is from the movie THE EXORCIST, from the scene where the two priests perform an exorcism rite Linda Blair. Although I'm not a Christian, I like the sound of ordering the pain to get lost with the mantra : TMS--"THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPELS YOU!"-- to get lost pain! (You can youtube the scene from the movie--not for the squeamish!) Whatever works.
