Above is an interesting google alert hot off the interwebs regarding non-surgical recommendations for treating arthritis--many of which are contrary to TMS BTW--but at least are minimally invasive treatments and less drastic than surgery.
In a recent article, I posted here by renowned running and biking doctor Gabe Mirkin, https://www.villages-news.com/2019/12/22/running-may-help-to-protect-your-knees/
a new meta study by orthopedic surgeons in London, found knee surgery to be no better than placebo. This corroborates what Dr. Sarno said long ago that, "Surgery is our best placebo."
