Posted - 05/10/2018 : 22:42:51 Well, I finally understood that fear it is what causes TMS pain.
It's been a while since I last come here. Why? Because I was cured. I manage to cure my TMS pain, keeping my mind busy with interesting stuff. Unfortunately, I fall into boredom, and fear took over me, last week, fear of pain, I mean, and I'm having a relapse. I really need to face my fear of pain, and not running away from it, to solve this issue once and for all. What do you guys think?
I was wondering is there any book with exercises that work, so that we can reconditioning our fear? Can you guys advised me on a good one? Thanks :) |

I hope that by "exercises" you are referring to mental exercises?
If so, then the best you can do, whenever you are aware of the pain or the fear, is shift your thoughts towards things going on in your life that might be troubling you deep down, in ways you are not fully realizing or appreciating. |
